100 fps to 95-70fps is definitely noticeable, 30% is way too much.
replyI'm not saying it's not noticeable, I'm saying it's not a deal breaker. If my only holdout from switching to Linux from Windows is gaming, I'd take a 30% fps hit, assuming my fps is generally in the ~150 range, not the ~60 range.
replyIf Linux dropped my frames from 80 to 50, it would be a deal breaker.
