How do you combine them?

replyYea, as I bought Reeder a long time ago on iOS and got used to it. They all support Google Reader / Fever API so it all works great and I can use Miniflux web interface to read when I don’t have an app installed.

replyOhhh, in NNW it goes via the FreshRSS. I had no idea, cheers. I've been using just iCloud sync fairly successfully.
