replyOh, I do frequently have biscuits and gravy topped with fried eggs, though the biscuits and gravy would definitely pull it further towards the flour end of the spectrum, maybe not quite in the dark region.
replyAlso, hollandaise is pretty integral to eggs benedict, I've had lots of variations but the traditional with poached egg, canadian bacon, english muffin, and hollandaise is really by far the best.
How about a Sauce Mornay?
