Of course people are free not to have kids... But I've always find it weird to "celebrates childfree lives".

As a parent I'm kinda cool with that. Adults, especially middle-age family adults, are not really supported in this world and they should enjoy whatever the peace they can get. If my kid gets too grumpy I'd bring him out for a walk and he is usually happier after that.
replyOfc no escape on trains/buses, but he loves those, so that's fine.
