Actually you may use it if you have overthinking, racing thoughts issue at night. You may use this if you want to sleep instead.

If start button is pressed, audios are played like "A bird on a tree, a buffalo" etc. This maybe a interruption to hours of linear overthinking. There is also feature of lowering volume slowly...

There is similiar app which has many good reviews... but in our app some problems stated in some comments seems to fixed.
