Or the big airlines were paying for all that disparaging marketing on the down low. I wouldnt be surprised.
replyI would be surprised to hear that, say, United, was paying people to post about their bad experiences with Spirit Arlines online. I'm not in marketing though so maybe that's a thing that happens.
