It sounds like your scheme would only allow browsing the "adult web" on locked-down, unmodified devices running government-approved software. Frankly, that's worse than even requiring ID.

replywhat you say which is the real thing, is the total institutionalisation of everything, the very wet dream of beurocrats everywhere, and of course done because "they have no choice", and are free to claim a pure lack of any motive or underlying agenda, and the vicious cycle of "just doing there job" enters our world, again.
