There is a bug on the current openings page:

1. Click to open either the Department or Location dropdown

2. Click, and hold, with the intent to drag the scrollbar

Expected: I can scroll through the options.

Actual: It selects the item under the mouse cursor.

Browser: Latest Firefox.
