While theoretically not consenting should mean not collecting blocking it altogether and modifying page content might mean "all bets are off". If the website expects you to have made a decision that might wrongly consider it consent.

replyStill works on Chrome 150, but it is the last supported version. Chrome 151 is being released on July 28.
