Original founder of darktable, hanatos, went and made vkdt which fixes a bunch of my pet peeves with darktable:

* Vulkan instead of OpenCL has way better performance.
* Graph-based editing akin to Blender. This fixes the issue of it being annoying and weird to reorder modules in darktable
It is, of course, still early on in its development and way less mature and featureful than Darktable.
