You get paid for having liability attach to you. Soon it may be the only thing you could be paid for.
replyAre employees usually liable for process-related issues? Like individual employees weren't liable for dispensing too-hot coffee but McDonalds was liable. Or how cops aren't liable in their individual capacity if it was a failure of training, etc.
