Going by the imaged tweet in https://x.com/piersmorgan/status/1925826687679279491 she expressed dissatisfaction with government immigration policies and advocated for vigilante action to compensate for perceived failures of the government including the destruction of housing facilities. The framing also makes it clear that the statement was an emotional response to very real crimes that have been committed and which to this day have not been adequately addressed by the government. Meanwhile she made only a vague call to action without any concrete plan that could lead anyone without an agenda to believe that she would be following through with it. Essentially, she committed barely more than a thought crime. If you think that this is the kind of person that people who have demonstrated their willingness and ability to commit violent crimes should be released to make prison space for then you are absolutely bonkers.

I guarantee you that exactly the same statement made about other groups would not even lead to an investigation.
