replyThat area (Taymyr Peninsula) looks crazy remote and inaccessible. It would be wild to be there, let alone experience an eclipse there. I think it might even be illegal to do so without a permit, though I'm also curious what enforcement looks like in an area so far from what we think of as normal infrastructure.
replyIt’s like kik or twitch stream but for nerds (that’s us btw), the live stream is a bunch of live cameras in different cities/countries, these locations today will experience something called totality sun eclipse, it’s when the sun is totally covered, day turns to night, and you see a pretty yet scary ring in the sky instead, it lasts for minutes at best, and it’s a really cool thing to witness in person, but in case you can’t, at least you see it through someone’s lens in a live stream, like that site!
