I could only wish for low unnatural rumbles of cars. In 3rd world countries it's non stop horns and noisy motorbikes
replyCar horns gotta be up there as some of the worst inventions of the 20th century, noise pollution galore.
replyIt works when you have strict rules on the use of horns and people get peer pressured into adapting to the behavior of their surroundings.
