replyThe latest OpenAI models have still been available via Azure foundry. Exclusivity to AWS would be a marked shift.

replyHosted on Azure is different from provided by Azure. The former just uses Azure as an infra provider. The latter is a managed offering that is operated and billed by Microsoft using tech licensed from OpenAI.
