replyClothes are a bit complicated but dishes? Industrial non-humanoid robots have been assembling junk foods into trays and shipping them out at scale for decades. Why would it take long from here until they can take bone china plates on and off tables?

replyUnfortunately that will never happen because the people who stand to benefit most from AI already have cost-efficient (see grossly underpaid) humans to do this for them.

not sure if you check lately but these are high paying jobs now, coffee baristas start at $18.00/hr and AI is cheaper in the long run (no insurance, sick days, pto…) - unless cost is $0.00 AI will replace it
