There was a study done in Los Angeles and found that 80% of garages are used for storage with the car parked outside.
replyHopefully developers take notice then, maybe we can build new neighborhoods with the garage off to the side in an awkward position for the occasional boat haul. Then we can clear up the fronts of homes and replace it with something prettier.
