ChatGPT, which seems to be the "Kleenex" of AI right now, has a very distinct default look to it's generated images and I am almost certain OAI did it on purpose to avoid regulation.

The models are totally capable of producing undetectable AI images, but abuse/missuse/outcry would only hurt them.

Much better to just leave obvious tells in the default generations 99.99% of people use.

This is what I find interesting too. Claude’s writing style too. It’s quite unique and really bad. It’s not just mimicking something and it’s certainly not trained (intentionally) to write like that. So how does it converge there?

I suspect if we were small business owners then we would be inundated with facebook ads for whoever makes those horrible signs.

I was wondering that too - presumably they are all from the same image generator, but which one?

They are definitely all ghastly - way too busy for me to want to give a 2nd glance at them. Of the block of examples shown, the bottom right one on off-white background is a bit less visually objectionable than the others, but still gives me that AI slop vibe.
