Here in Norway condominiums and similar got incentives to install chargers at the shared parking areas.

Harder downtown where there's only street parking, some feaction has been converted to street charging spots by the municipality, but nit that many and pricing sucjs since you have to pay parking fee in addition to charging fee which is considerably higher than proper home charging would be.

From my coworker who had a BEV downtown, it cost about as much to charge per mile as gas, do became a wash.

For me that can charge at home it's a no-brainer, I pay like 15% per mile with pre-Hormuz gas prices, less than 10% per mile now.
