replySomething tells me that given a choice between the EU and Russia (under Chinese boot, at that), we'll see number in favor of EU that even Putin didn't dream of for himself.
Kaliningrad is entirely ethnically Russian. Every other group has been forced out. No one wants Kaliningrad for that reason.
