replyIf you are trusting an Apple quote telling you what they are not doing, when they are obviously under NDA, then thats your decision.
replyThey didn’t not respond. They unambiguously said they are not participating or even aware of the existence of such a program. That goes a hell of a lot further, and would have opened them up to a hell of a lot of issues if it was false.
