Remembering the horror stories about lost Google accounts, I would be comfortable paying the next lower tier (100 GB) because I can backup everything myself, but not the 5TB plan, I'm sure I'll lose something if the account is lost. Hopefully these plans guarantee a human in the tech support loop.
replyYeah, very true. I need to set up a recurring backup-to-external-HD automation for it. It's vanishingly easy with the app and I don't doubt they're training on all the data itself.
