replyOh you're right, that does sound like a good reason for the original commenter to not take his vacation. Lucky the organisation he works for made him the single point of failure in circumstances such as these.
replyI had assumed the original commenter OWNED the company. Yes, I agree with you that if he is an employee then take the time off.
