I agree, but it would have to be a place with plenty of energy and the only such place outside the US is a war zone.
replyPerhaps one option is building data centers along with solar power plants in sunny countries that have a lot of space. I'm not sure about the water/cooling situation though.
Well, lots of countries have energy surpluses from hydro or cheap coal.
