You're falling in the trap of the cross-platform dream. Electron takes insane decisions about how your app is going to achieve cross-compatibility in the name of allowing web devs to do the work. It is simply the wrong tool for the AI age, since a versatile web dev can turn to an AI to help them achieve the work.
