Seeking advice: Wix stolen my .com domain
Use https://icann-nsp.my.site.com/compliance/s/transfer alongside with any supporting documents you have like the wix rep said. I could imagine you need the transfer record if you have one; invoices could also help.

Done, no reply for two weeks now.

I submitted complaint to ICANN 2 weeks ago and they haven't replied back.

if you used the appropriate channels, be more of a karen perhaps and don't just sit and wait for a reply indefinitely. they have response times to try to adhere to. if its busy it can take longer but if they overshoot those times u can always remind them of your pending requests.

I made few more submissions afterwards and notified about that issue Ombuds Office.

It really sucks that every web hosting company is greedily trying to trick people into transferring their domains, usually by implying that you can't use your domain with them unless you transfer it. Scumbags, the lot of them.
reply
If only marketing, they literally stole my domain.

I looked at Wix when they were new.

My first thought was "this is a captive portal that will never let you have your website back without first slaying a multi-headed hydra."

Good luck.

Thanks, mate.

The most funny thing is they requested sensitive documents via email pipeline and not via proper onsite kyc behind tls. And after providing them photo they refused to release domain and told me to request help from ICANN. I guess that's how they do business in Israel.

I would say they are likely experiencing an overwhelming feeling of panic right now, similar to how AOL felt when the internet was opened to the public.

Not only can AI make a website for you, it can also configure the hosting for you.

And in 5 minutes when that task is done, you can tell it to create a company like Wix.

You're dealing with their desperation at this point.
