If someone says “taking medicine is bad”, and I say “that’s silly”, then “smoking crack can be harmful” doesn’t weaken my position.
Don’t believe me, I’m just a random stranger with an opinion. Often a contrary one.
I think this is an extremely dangerous position to take.
We’re all flawed, the human condition and all that, but I don’t believe that necessarily translates to ’minor mental health problems’.

As the saying goes, recognizing that you have a problem is the first step to being able to solve it.
