I guess GPL needs a line that says you aren't allowed to discriminate against customers that exercise the rights given to them by the license.
replyThat is an interesting point. The issue here IIUC is that only customers being coerced currently have legal standing while the presence of such a clause would give standing to all copyright holders. So yeah, arguably an oversight of current copyleft licenses.
