You are doing something wrong.
replyResolution has nothing to do with dejudder and what have you: these are TV settings.
You should however have match framerate and hdr modes to content in apple tv settings on (unless you have a really old TV).
Nope. I turned them off. I had to turn down to 1080p.

replyDo you you have match frame rate on? Having that off will cause problems as the ATV has to try and interpolate your 24hz content to 30hz, in order to match your (likely) 60hz display.
